The workers were all about getting their job done, and did they work hard! They were polite, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Very professional! They even squeezed me into an earlier schedule for the bird proofing.

I have bird guards added to my solar panels. They did a good. On time and in budget. Will use them again!!!

They communicated with us every step of the way. The crew that showed up was friendly and respectful. Easy process to remove solar panels in preparation for a new roof.

Update: after it rained water was leaking through almost every solar mount tyler hutchings installed on my roof. He came back twice attempted to fix the problem was unsuccessful both times. Then he tried to fix the leak by smearing roof sealant on the inside of the attic! I've never seen anything so incompetent. I dont know how he got approved for a solar installation license because the city of phoenix and aps have not approved any of there inspections. The city of phoenix inspector told me this is Tyler's first ever solar install and basically told me good luck. Solar detach and restore also has been ignoring all communications until I threatened to make a roc complaint against them. Its been over a year since the job was supposed to be completed.

Overall y'all were good. I was a little frustrated early in the week when I couldn't reach anyone to find out what was happening with completing installation of my solar panels... I was just sort of left hanging and that didn't feel good. But after I threw a temper tantrum, I got your attention and things suddenly fell into place, in time for the SunRun folks to come and turn my solar power on today. So thank you for your diligent work and good outcome.

Unfortunately, at first, the job didn’t go according to the plan we agreed to. That said, Tyler (the owner) stepped in and bent over backwards to make it right. You know you have a great company and owner when they back up their promises, and Tyler absolutely did that. We would recommend them to friends, family or any of you reading this who’s wanting to work with an ethical company, with a very skilled professional as their owner. It’s really hard to find those qualities in todays market, but Tyler and his team delivered.

Conor was exceptionally professional. He was friendly, forthright and answered all my questions promptly. The pricing was very competitive and very fair. I would highly recommend Solar Detach and Reset to others. Full disclosure: I’ve not yet viewed the final product. But, given the five year warranty, I feel safe in providing the high praise to you.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. The company was great in the beginning. As soon as they got my business they disappeared. Almost all communication stopped. But the biggest issue was the installation of the solar panels. After the new roof was installed, Solar Detach & Reset broke a bunch of tiles and concrete caps on the brand new roof (photos attached). I tried to talk with the company rep and he disappeared. I had to pay my roofer several hundred dollars to fix the repair. After about two weeks, Conner (the rep), sent me an email and said they would credit my account $40. I would NEVER recommend this company.
